Support Operational Risk subject matter experts in identifying and documenting AI use cases and requirements.
Partner with AI and technology development teams to support delivery of AI use cases.

What you will do
- Partner with Operational Risk subject matter experts to understand AI needs and ensure requirements are met.
- Document AI use cases through intake, scoping, and detailed requirements across the AI development lifecycle.
- Experiment with available large language models to build expertise in AI opportunities and best practices.
- Support AI adoption as a change champion within the business.
Must-have qualifications
- Leadership acumen and passion for applying it in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong AI experience with demonstrable prompt engineering experience.
- Experience creating and running Python scripts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking with self-direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Student eligibility
- This is a four-month Winter 2027 student placement running from January 2027 through April 2027.
- Applicants must return to school after the work term or require the full work term as a mandatory component for graduation.
- The successful candidate must be located within Ontario for the duration of the work term.
Work arrangement
- Flexible work arrangements may be available; specific virtual, hybrid, and in-office arrangements are discussed with the hiring manager.
Work schedule
- The listed schedule is 37.5 hours per week.
