You'll join our explorer programme, a 2-year programme designed to give you depth and breadth of experience. Participating in job-based bespoke training from the start enabling you to go fully-equipped into your role as you embark on the first of three eight-month long rotations.

Technology powers the w ay Barclays serves customers and clients. As a Technology Analyst, you’ll w ork w ith teams delivering digital platforms, infrastructure, data and change. You’ll build technical awareness, problem-solving skills and an understanding of how technology enables a global financial services business.

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll be motivated w ith a strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027.

You’ll also bring a genuine interest in technology, strong problem-solving skills and the drive to deliver innovative solutions.

Barclays w ill accept applications from candidates w ho require visa sponsorship to w ork in the UK and w ill provide a skilled w orker visa for successful applicants if they meet the Home Office’s eligibility criteria for a skilled w orker visa.
