Programme Overview
Bell is recruiting for a two-year graduate programme within Bell Business Markets.
The programme provides structured learning, mentoring, leadership exposure, networking, and multidisciplinary experience in Business Solutions.
The programme covers technology solutions for business clients across connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, AI, and digital transformation.
What You Will Do
- Complete cross-functional rotations in AI and machine learning, cloud, business intelligence, software development, product management, and related areas.
- Contribute to technology solutions, products, and services for business clients.
- Analyze data and business requirements to develop insights, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Participate in transformation initiatives that improve customer experience, operational performance, and growth.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve complex challenges.
- Apply Agile principles to project execution, product delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Develop relationships with Bell leaders, mentors, and industry experts.
