Role Overview
The employer is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent applications, production backend services, agentic workflows, and integrations.
The role spans software development, applied AI experimentation, integration work, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance AI-powered applications and backend services.
- Build and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows that integrate with external tools and services.
- Develop MCP-based integrations and secure tool interfaces for platforms, APIs, and business systems.
- Implement prompt orchestration, context handling, tool calling, memory patterns, and evaluation workflows.
- Define scalable AI agent development and deployment patterns with engineering, product, and architecture teams.
- Balance performance, reliability, cost, and safety when integrating LLM capabilities.
- Improve production quality, observability, and AI workflow efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, release support, experimentation, and incident resolution.
- Create technical documentation and contribute to AI engineering and MCP best practices.
Must-Have Skills
- Have 4+ years of experience in software engineering, backend engineering, or applied AI engineering.
