Key Result Areas
- Collect and record administrative data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain dashboards, scorecards, periodic reports, and narrative dashboards for management decision-making and transparency.
- Check the accuracy, integrity, reliability, and accessibility of data across administrative functions.
- Present findings and insights in clear formats for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assess strategies, policies, processes, and workflows and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Support annual planning, resource allocation, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Review audit findings, risk indicators, and compliance reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to budget analysis, cost optimization, expenditure tracking, benchmarking, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis.
- Support standard operating procedures, documentation, data alignment, and coordination on cross-functional projects.
- Train colleagues on dashboard and report usage and use stakeholder feedback to refine analytical tools.
- Apply governance standards, metadata structures, and retention policies to data in Sijilati.
- Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 2–5 years of relevant full-time experience in data analysis, business analysis, or performance reporting is required.
- Experience in large organizations is preferred.
- Strong ability to collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights is required.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent is required.
- Familiarity with statistical methods, forecasting, and performance measurement is required.
