What we are looking for in you - Experience designing and delivering development solutions to senior leadership/executive level. - Consulting skills to work with senior leaders to identify how talent development can support achievement of NCC strategy. Preparing proposals and recommending development solutions. Acting as subject matter expert and trusted advisor to influence development decisions. - Experience in design, facilitating and embedding progressive, evidence-based and inclusive learning programmes including Management & Leadership Development. Able to put the learner at the heart of content curation and creation. - Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong understanding of talent management principles, practices and trends. - Experience of talent management and succession planning desirable - Experienced in using psychometric tools with accreditation desirable. - Trained coach with accreditation and experience (Group coaching skills and experience desirable). - Strong data analytics skills and ability to utilise data to build a case for learning and demonstrate impact/return on investment. - Experience of stakeholder management - Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise. Project management skills desirable. - Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Experience Platforms or Learning Management Systems. - Proficiency and experience of design, build and embedding digital learning utilising tools such as Articulate desirable.
