• Proven hands-on experience 7+ years in general and 4+ years developing with Avaloq, specifically using CAPI (Avaloq's scripting/customization interface) • Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Avaloq Script • Solid understanding of core banking processes and products (e.g. payments, securities trading, settlement, client onboarding, or credit/loans — tailor to your team's focus) • Experience with the Avaloq Core Banking Platform's architecture, data model, and interface layer (CAPI/AMI) • Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and Agile ways of working • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex technical requirements • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
