Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and maintain dealer and distributor networks.
• Generate new business and acquire new customers.
• Handle B2B and channel sales.
• Manage the assigned territory and expand the market.
• Build customer and channel-partner relationships.
• Handle negotiations and close deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline and prepare regular reports.
• Lead and support the sales team.

Requirements

• Five to six years of relevant sales experience is required.
• At least two years in a team leadership or managerial role is required.
• Relevant B2B sales, channel sales, distribution, and dealer or distributor management experience is mandatory.
