Job Description

  • Location: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Zoho One Implementation & Customization: Configure, integrate, and customize Zoho One applications to align with our business processes. Develop tailored workflows and automation solutions that enhance efficiency across departments.
  • Business Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement Zoho One solutions to streamline operations. Leverage data and analytics to drive continuous optimization.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and requirements. Translate these insights into effective Zoho One strategies.
  • Training & Support: Develop and conduct training sessions to empower staff with Zoho One tools and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure high adoption rates and user satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor system performance and user engagement. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and maximize ROI from Zoho One deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4 5 years of experience in implementing business systems, preferably with a focus on Zoho One or similar SaaS solutions
  • Zoho One Certification or an equivalent certification from a recognized IT/SaaS provider
  • Demonstrated experience in system integration, workflow customization, and digital process optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, and other business management platforms
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and process re engineering strategies
  • Hands on experience in user training and technical support
  • Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach to optimizing business systems
