- Configure, integrate, and customize Zoho One applications to align with business processes
- Develop tailored workflows and automation solutions to enhance efficiency across departments
- Evaluate current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement Zoho One solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and requirements
- Translate insights into effective Zoho One strategies
- Develop and conduct training sessions to empower staff with Zoho One tools and best practices
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure high adoption rates and user satisfaction
- Monitor system performance and user engagement
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and maximize ROI from Zoho One deployments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 5 years of experience in implementing business systems, preferably with Zoho One or similar SaaS solutions
- Zoho One Certification or equivalent IT/SaaS certification
- Demonstrated experience in system integration, workflow customization, and digital process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for continuous improvement
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
