About the Role
INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Zoho Developer to design, develop, and optimize Zoho-based business applications. The role involves customizing Zoho CRM, Creator, and other apps using Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator, including forms, reports, pages, dashboards, and workflows
- Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, validation rules, custom buttons, and user interfaces
- Develop and maintain Deluge scripts for custom business logic, scheduled functions, and workflow automation
- Build custom functions, views, and integrations utilizing Zoho APIs and third party services
- Develop and implement automated workflows, approval processes, email notifications, and task reminders
- Integrate Zoho applications with external platforms such as Shopify, Slack, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and other REST API based systems
- Design and maintain bi directional data synchronization between Zoho applications and external databases/platforms
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within existing Zoho applications, workflows, and integrations
- Optimize system performance, user access controls, security settings, roles, profiles, and sharing rules
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations, workflows, and integrations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Zoho platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands on experience within the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, Analytics, or related)
- Proven experience developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within Zoho platforms
- Strong experience with Deluge scripting, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and third party integrations
- Experience implementing Zoho Blueprints, workflow rules, macros, and automation frameworks
- Familiarity with SQL like logic, reporting, and data analysis within Zoho applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator, including forms, reports, pages, dashboards, and workflows.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable Zoho solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Zoho platforms.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance business efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of hands on experience working within the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, Analytics, or related applications.

- Experience working with enterprise business applications and digital transformation initiatives.
