  • The team manages every stage of the business journey—from initial setup to expansion or relocation—ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient process for entrepreneurs, corporations, and investors.
  • Core services include relocation support, visa processing, banking assistance, legal services, office solutions, HR and payroll, accounting, document attestation, and strategic business consultation.

Role Description

  • The Zoho Developer role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and related tools) to support business setup, client management, and internal operations.
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders, map workflows, customize modules, create automation rules, and integrate Zoho with other systems and third party applications.
  • Develop and maintain scripts, reports, dashboards, and APIs, while ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, test and deploy new features, document solutions, and train team members to effectively use Zoho platforms.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Zoho ecosystem (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns) and the ability to customize modules, workflows, and automation rules.
  • Solid technical skills in scripting and integration (e.g., Deluge scripting, REST APIs, webhooks, third party integrations, basic SQL or database understanding).
  • Proficiency in business and process analysis, including requirement gathering, workflow mapping, and translating operations needs into practical system configurations.
  • Competence in testing, troubleshooting, and support, including debugging issues, performing UAT, preparing documentation, and providing user training.
  • Good understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and reporting, with the ability to create dashboards and analytical reports for decision making.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with non technical stakeholders and cross functional teams on site.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
