Role overview

Key requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development.
- Zoho CRM experience is mandatory.
- Zoho Creator experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience with Zoho integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of business process automation and workflow customization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with and handle requirements from US clients.
Good to have
- Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Analytics.
- Knowledge of Power Apps or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
