Business KPIs

Integrate data with Zoho Analytics wherever required.

Conduct unit and integration testing.

Coordinate UAT with business teams.

Identify and resolve bugs.

Manage application releases and changes.

Maintain development, testing and production environments.

Document application architecture and workflows.

SQL

HTML/CSS

Third-party API integrations

Mobile/PWA application development

Experience with large-scale business applications

and should not require detailed instructions for every development task.

Strong understanding of:

Sales processes

Order-to-cash

Dealer/distributor management

Service operations

Approval workflows
