ZoHo application Technical and Implementation Manager

We are looking for self - motivated, reliable colleague who has in-depth knowledge of ZoHo applications , to help us develop customer and user-friendly solutions to grow our business, streamline our processes and mastering at ZoHo apps usage.

• Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, and produce project charters
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business users and communicate the requirements to the development team
• Train the existing team members and train the new colleagues
• Manage application roles and permissions and perform basic configuration of the application
• Document requirements for new features, data capture, process functions, reports etc and communicate to the development team, process mapping and workflow creation
• Act as a single point of contact for all queries and questions from the internal business users and Portal users regarding the entire application and raise development support tickets in case of modifications required in the application.
• Create training videos and create process manuals
• Oversee all ZoHo apps used, utilizing them properly, help with setup and maintenance, user trainings etc.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science, Business Administration
• Proven, extensive experience with ZoHo applications, process development and process mapping
• Good understanding of Business Logic and System Architecture design, testing of newly built apps and providing feedback
• Knowledge of Zoho Creator and other Zoho Products
• We would welcome basic knowledge of coding in HTML, CSS, Deluge and SQL
