Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and optimize video content specifically for YouTube
- Capture behind the scenes content, client case studies, business lifestyle content, interviews, talking head videos, and marketing related educational videos
- Ensure high quality audio, lighting, and framing for all shoots
- Set up and operate cameras, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment
- Manage shoot locations (office, client sites, on the go)
- Edit long form YouTube videos (8–20 minutes) with fast, engaging pacing
- Create short form repurposed content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
- Add motion graphics, title cards, subtitles, transitions, and brand elements
- Enhance storytelling through music, sound design, pacing, and narrative flow
- Ensure fast turnaround — typically 24–72 hours per video depending on scope
Requirements
- Based in Dubai with availability to travel locally for shoots
- Immediate availability
- Proven experience in filming and editing YouTube style content
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both long form and short form work
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Capable of fast turnaround without compromising quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Position Overview
- We are looking for a high energy, creative, and technically strong Videographer & Editor who specialises in YouTube long form and short form content.
- This role requires someone who can conceptualize, film, and edit high impact videos with fast turnaround times, while maintaining premium quality and brand consistency.
- You’ll be working directly with our Founder and marketing team to produce engaging videos that drive reach, brand authority, and conversions.
Videography
- Plan, shoot, and optimize video content specifically for YouTube.
