• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Video Editor to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement, with the ability to produce high-quality content aligned with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging YouTube videos with strong storytelling and pacing
• Apply color correction and grading (including log footage such as S-Log3)
• Enhance videos with sound design, SFX, music, and audio mixing
• Create basic motion graphics (titles, transitions, lower thirds)
• Optimize videos for YouTube (formats, compression, engagement techniques)
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• 2–4 years of video editing experience (YouTube/social media preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of YouTube trends, audience retention, and best practices
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to implement feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with YouTube creators or brands
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or design tools (thumbnails)
• Familiarity with performance analytics and content optimization
