Under the supervisor of youth programs and/or the program's director, the programs assistant is responsible for the supervision of a specific age group of children as assigned.
The employee must administer the various after school, special events, and other activities in accordance with the policies and objectives established by the program supervisor.
Staff must also have the ability to relate to children from all social and economic segments of the community.
Staff must understand his/her relationship to the students, to Site Directors, to the Program Supervisor and to the Public
