Rate of Pay: $50,000 - $55,000/ year

Job Summary The Youth League and Program Manager position at Canlan Sports involves overseeing Youth Leagues, Learn to Skate, Learn to Play Hockey Programs, and Camps.

The role requires collaboration with Centralized Programs teams to maintain consistent program delivery.

Leadership, innovation, and a focus on customer service are key aspects of this role.

Position Requirements

• Adherence to approved Canlan Sports policies and on-site schedules.
• Occasional travel for team meetings or conferences.

• The Manager is accountable for: Staff management, program operations oversight, optimizing customer experience, and financial management.

• Team Management: Oversight of part-time instructors with an emphasis on consistent program delivery.

• Sales Leadership: Driving program promotion and sales.
