Responsibilities
- Analyze existing Yardi billing, invoicing, AP, AR, and GL processes
- Support UAE E Invoicing implementation, data mapping, and compliance requirements
- Work with Finance and technical teams to define functional and integration requirements
- Prepare BRD, FSD, process flows, mapping documents, and test cases
- Support API/file based integrations, data extracts, and interface validation
- Participate in SIT/UAT, defect resolution, reconciliation, and go live support
- Coordinate with business users, Yardi support teams, and integration partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands on experience with Yardi Voyager
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, VAT, Billing, and Accounting
- Experience with Yardi data mapping, interfaces, APIs, data extracts, and integrations
- Hands on experience with BRD, FSD, UAT, and process documentation
- Good understanding of troubleshooting, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in UAE VAT or E Invoicing projects (preferred)
- Knowledge of Peppol, Pagero, ClearTax, or similar e invoicing platforms (preferred)
- Experience in Real Estate or Property Management domain (preferred)

Role Overview

- We are looking for an experienced Yardi Techno Functional Consultant with a strong accounting background to support a UAE E Invoicing implementation project.
