Yard Supervisor (KY, Sebree)

Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb on and off equipment, trucks, and trailers.

Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials, straps, chains, blocking, paperwork, and equipment controls.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as required, using appropriate assistance or mechanical equipment when necessary.

Ability to safely operate forklifts and other approved material-handling equipment in an active industrial yard.

Requires sufficient vision and depth perception to judge distance, clearance, load position, equipment movement, and surrounding hazards.

Requires sufficient hearing and communication ability to work safely around trucks, forklifts, and other industrial equipment.

Ability to work on uneven ground and remain physically active throughout the workday.

Required personal protective equipment must be worn as directed.

Work is performed primarily outdoors in an active industrial and fabrication yard environment.

Regular exposure to changing weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, sun, and mud.

Regular exposure to trucks, forklifts, fabricated steel components, moving equipment, and industrial yard traffic.

Work may involve moderate to loud noise levels.

Must be able to work safely around large and heavy loads, including loads weighing up to 10,000 pounds.

Position requires the ability to manage changing priorities, shipping deadlines, late trucks, material discrepancies, and other time-sensitive operational demands.
