We’re looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Industrial Yard Labourer to join our North American Rail Products operations team.

This role supports daily yard activities, equipment movement, and material handling to keep the job running smoothly and efficiently.

• Load and unload construction materials and supplies from trucks, trailers, or containers.
• Sort, organize, and store equipment and tools in designated areas.
• Clean and maintain the yard, including sweeping, snow shoveling, and debris removal.
• Assist operators and mechanics in equipment prep and minor servicing.
• Operate basic machinery (e.g., skid steer, forklift) and follow proper safety procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections and report unsafe conditions or damaged materials.
• Collaborate with drivers and delivery crews to coordinate shipments and receiving.
• Palletizing and preparing orders for shipment.
