- $17.00/hour starting pay. After passding the 60 day probationary period, you're eligible for a raise in line the the Union agreement.
- Weekly pay.
- Overtime available.
- 8‑hour shifts.
- Shift options: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Weekends & holidays required.
- Railroad operates 24/7/365.
- Drive hostler/jockey trucks to move trailers, containers, and chassis.
- Prepare railcars for loading and unloading.
- Climb railcars and secure equipment.
- Assist crane operators using hand signals.
- Stack/unstack chassis and work as part of a team.
- Union position.
