Associate-level Software Engineer opportunity focused on building secure, robust, customer-centric, and high-performance solutions.
The role works within a feature team and involves collaboration with engineers, architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Engineer software, scripts, and tools within a feature team.
- Produce complex and critical software rapidly and with high quality.
- Support the full software lifecycle from development through maintenance or decommissioning.
- Design, code, test, deploy, and operate software solutions.
- Collaborate to improve software engineering capability.
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Java microservices, Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, AWS services, and cloud architecture.
- Expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation, and automation.
- Experience with container platforms such as Docker, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, or Lambda.
- Experience with event-driven architecture such as Kafka.
- Experience with AWS Lake Formation.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.
- Understanding of networking, security, scalability, and reliability principles.
