The Student Worker at the front desk will be responsible for providing administrative support, greeting visitors, and assisting with various office tasks.

This role involves managing phone calls, handling inquiries, and ensuring the front desk operates smoothly.

• Greets and assists visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answers and directs phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Manages incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assists with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Performs general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.

• Currently enrolled as a student.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of Social Media

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative role.
• Familiarity with office management software.
• Experience in a front desk or receptionist role.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

May require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of light office supplies.

May also be required to assist in set-up and hosting of events.
