Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day workshop operations including planning and assigning service tasks
- Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of periodic maintenance, mechanical repairs, and electrical diagnostics
- Coordinate technicians, manage work orders, and check quality of completed jobs
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Interact with customers to clarify service needs, provide updates, and support high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong supervisory skills including team coordination, task delegation, and performance monitoring
- Hands on experience in maintenance and repair with solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems for multi brand vehicles
- Minimum 3 years experience in GCC workshop environments
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Technical diploma or certification in automotive technology or related field preferred

Role Description
- The Workshop Supervisor is a full time, on site role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
- This role oversees day to day workshop operations, including planning and assigning service tasks, monitoring workflow, and ensuring timely completion of periodic maintenance, mechanical repairs & electrical diagnostics.
- The Workshop Supervisor coordinates technicians, manages work orders, checks quality of completed jobs, and ensures compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, task delegation, and performance monitoring.

- Candidates should possess minimum 3 years experience in GCC workshop environments with a valid UAE driving licence.
