Overview
- Ensure that all the maintenance staff is organized and trained to provide required maintenance services. Timely training and support provided to the maintenance staff.
- 2 Ensure the proactive maintenance schedule is available to the maintenance staff and the maintenance is carried out as per the schedule. Maintenance is completed as per schedule and recorded. 3 Ensure the workshop building and surrounding areas, tools and equipment are clean and workable condition. Inspect regularly and defective items are identified and replaced.
- 4 Ensure the electrical and mechanical systems are inspected on regular intervals and associated problems are identified, reported, and rectified on timely basis. Inspections are conducted and recorded. Issues are reported, rectified, and recorded.
- 5 Ensure to minimize the unexpected problems and reduce production losses due to machinery downtime. Troubleshooting and repairing of the defective parts timely
