- Manage day to day workshop operations and workshop staff

- Ensure timely vehicle repairs, quality control, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor job cards, estimates, invoices, and workshop productivity
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure spare parts availability
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with UAE standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance reports
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workshop Manager, preferably in the UAE/GCC
- Strong knowledge of luxury and premium vehicle brands
- Experience with workshop management software (DMS/ERP)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Car Workshop Manager to lead the daily operations of our premium car workshop.
