Role Overview
MOTORTECH is hiring an experienced Workshop Manager for PPF, automotive detailing, and workshop operations.
The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations and technicians.
- Handle PPF installation, detailing, ceramic coating, and related services.
- Prepare and manage job cards from vehicle check-in to completion.
- Inspect vehicles before and after work.
- Monitor quality, timelines, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate technicians and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Manage vehicle handover and final delivery to customers.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, tools, and materials.
- Resolve workshop-related customer issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PPF and automotive detailing.
- Strong workshop management experience.
- Experience with job card preparation, quality control, and vehicle delivery.
- Good knowledge of automotive products and detailing processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and jobs efficiently.
