Role Overview
Coordinate workshop operations, fleet maintenance, ERP efficiency, and equipment uptime.
Support maintenance operations for generators, air compressors, tower lights, forklifts, and telehandlers.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate day-to-day workshop operations and maintenance schedules.
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage work orders and coordinate spare parts requirements.
- Maintain optimized parts inventory.
- Use NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems to track assets, record maintenance data, and streamline workflows.
Who You Are
- Three to five or more years of coordination experience in plant hire, equipment rental, or construction machinery.
- Solid understanding of workshop workflows, heavy machinery maintenance, and parts management.
- Hands-on experience with major ERP environments such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or an equivalent system.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with mechanics, suppliers, and management.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
