Workplace Technical Services Assistant Manager

Overall role

Major responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and review planned, predictive, corrective, and power-down works for building systems.
• Monitor outsourced critical-work vendors and review M&E contractor maintenance practices.
• Manage engineering compliance, client engineering playbooks, incidents, and 24/7 on-call support.
• Support installation, commissioning, and programming of new office spaces.
• Prepare technical reports and manage as-built drawings, OEM information, and operating procedures.
• Manage lifecycle assets and UPS component replacement.
• Lead technical training and engineering standardization tasks across Asia Pacific.
• Develop innovation and energy-saving initiatives that improve productivity and reduce utility costs.
• Review maintenance reports and ensure performance issues are actioned.

Ideal experience

• Diploma or B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least five years of relevant experience after the eligible qualification.
• Thorough understanding of building services design and engineering management.
