About the Role
Satair is looking for a Workplace, Sustainability and H&S Manager to ensure a healthy, safe and secure working environment at their Dubai site. The role involves facility management, health & safety compliance, sustainability initiatives, and leading a team of contractors.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all facility and workplace safety related matters for the Dubai site
- Ensure all legal obligations related to safety, health and sustainability are fulfilled
- Lead a team of local contractors managing maintenance of buildings, building equipment & security including access control according to Airbus security standards
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in project management, engineering or management field
- Min. 3 5 years professional experience
- Expertise in Health & Safety management, preferably familiar with local WSH regulations
- Ability to work effectively across a wide variety of cultural differences
- Timely decision making, decisions quality, problem solving, negotiating and priority setting
- High level of commitment on work ethics and compliance aspects
- Business acumen
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to manage different stakeholders diplomatically
