Workplace Manager

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the day-to-day management of workplace and facilities operations across a diverse national portfolio. You'll lead a small team and work closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, contractors, and service providers to ensure our workplaces support operational excellence across the business.

You will be accountable for driving efficiencies, managing risk, controlling costs, and delivering high-quality workplace experiences for our employees and visitors.

Manage the day-to-day operation and performance of Service Stream's national property portfolio.

Develop and maintain facilities maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance programs.

Coordinate workplace maintenance, service requests, and contractor response activities.

Manage relationships with landlords, contractors, and service providers to ensure high service standards and value for money.

Oversee workplace health and safety compliance across all facilities.

Lead and develop a team of Workplace/Facilities Coordinators.

Manage facilities budgets, operational expenditure, supplier approvals, and property-related financial reporting.

Plan and deliver property projects including site mobilisations, relocations, fit-outs, and workplace upgrades.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimisation, and cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory obligations, and sustainability objectives.
