Workforce Transformation Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead HR engagements across HR strategy, payroll transformation, organization design, workforce planning, people analytics, talent management, and AI in HR.
• Help clients move toward skills-based organizations using job architecture, talent intelligence, skills marketplaces, and labour data.
• Drive payroll efficiency through technology, process, and operating-model improvements.
• Create innovative HR and payroll products, accelerators, and methodologies for the Agentic AI era.
• Manage engagement economics, delivery quality, business development, workshops, and client teams.
• Coach colleagues and contribute to technical development and thought leadership.

Required qualifications

• At least five years of HR and payroll transformation experience across multiple industries.
• Proven HR function transformation experience in consulting or in-house roles.
• Expertise in talent intelligence, skills-based architecture, skills marketplaces, and labour data analysis.
• Strong team leadership, mentoring, communication, client service, and storytelling capabilities.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with payroll process design, payroll processing, payroll technology implementation, or payroll operating-model design.
• Experience with HR or payroll analytics and reporting.
• Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, ADP, or other payroll technologies.
• Experience applying generative AI or AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Prior consulting experience and proposal development experience are highly recommended.
• Have or be able to obtain federal government security clearance.

Compensation

• The stated base salary range is $112,400 to $162,400 per year.
• Eligible employees may participate in variable incentive pay programs.
