Role overview

Lead HR, workforce, talent, and payroll transformation engagements for clients, covering strategy through implementation and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end organizational, talent, HR, and payroll transformation initiatives.
  • Lead engagements covering HR strategy, payroll transformation, organization design, workforce planning, people analytics, job architecture, skills management, and talent management.
  • Drive skills-based organization initiatives using talent intelligence, skills architecture, skills marketplaces, and labour data.
  • Use payroll technology, processes, and operating models to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create innovative HR products, accelerators, and methodologies for the Agentic AI era.
  • Manage engagement economics and delivery quality.
  • Lead business development activities and contribute to proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor talent and skills trends and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Coach others and facilitate client workshops.

Required qualifications

  • At least five years of experience delivering HR and payroll transformation services across multiple industries.
  • Proven HR function transformation experience in consulting or in-house roles.
  • Expertise in talent intelligence, skills-based architecture, skills marketplaces, and labour data analysis.
  • Experience in one or more workforce transformation areas, including payroll transformation, job architecture, or talent intelligence.
  • Experience applying generative AI and emerging AI-enabled HR or people solutions.
  • Strong team leadership, mentoring, client relationship, communication, storytelling, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • Have or be able to obtain federal government security clearance.

Technology exposure

  • Exposure to cloud-based HR and payroll technology implementations such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, ADP, or other payroll technologies is preferred.

Compensation

  • The salary range is $112,400 to $162,400, with additional variable incentive opportunities for eligible employees; the salary period is not explicitly stated.
