4-5 years' experience in a Systems Analyst, Workforce Systems, Project Coordinator or similar role.
Prior UKG or SuccessFactors experience is preferred but not essential
Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, system enhancements or business improvement initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to drive outcomes and follow through on actions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Experience documenting requirements, testing system changes and supporting implementations.
The ability to work effectively in an environment where priorities can evolve and ambiguity exists.
Experience within retail, workforce planning or multi-site operations will be highly regarded.
