Workforce Solutions - Adjunct Instructor

• Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated expertise in the assigned instructional area through a combination of relevant education, training, professional certifications, licensure, and/or work experience.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in the subject matter area to be taught or an equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical and instructional information to learners.
• Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
• Ability to prepare instructional materials, utilize appropriate instructional technology, and evaluate participant learning.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to varying instructional schedules and training environments.
• Possess and maintain any licenses, certifications, or credentials required by law, regulation, accrediting body, or Workforce Solutions for the assigned instructional area.
• Successfully complete all required college onboarding, background screening, and compliance requirements prior to assignment.
