Workforce Coordinator

Workforce Coordinator We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Workforce Coordinator to join our team at Introl.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the workforce operations across multiple data center projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide seamless coordination, project staffing, and deployment support.

Our experienced team works with leading-edge technology, handling complex systems that are at the forefront of innovation.

Our approach goes beyond simple GPU connections.

We design and execute highly coordinated deployments, integrating hundreds of thousands of fiber optic connections to build clusters that advance the limits of AI and high-performance computing.

Project Staffing: Review incoming project requests and staffing requirements.

Identify and assign qualified technicians based on project scope, location, and skill set.

Coordinate availability, scheduling, and confirmations with technicians.

Maintain backup resources to ensure project continuity.

Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure all contractors complete required onboarding.

Track and verify compliance documentation prior to deployment.

Resolve onboarding issues promptly.

System Management: Maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Update contractor profiles, skills, and assignment history.

Track onboarding status and project readiness.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT teams to keep project timelines on track.

Workforce Support: Assist technicians with onboarding, assignments, and project-related questions.

Ensure clear communication of project expectations (schedule, scope, requirements).

Monitor project readiness and resolve last-minute gaps.
