Role Overview
The Workforce Analyst supports employee self-service and centralized scheduling and timekeeping services within PHSA Workforce Management Solutions.
The role provides functional troubleshooting, data analysis, process improvement, training, and support for system implementations.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to user inquiries, explain relevant practices and policies, and guide users through scheduling and timekeeping processes.
- Log, triage, track, and escalate issues and assist employees with self-service and scheduling system errors.
- Collect, analyze, document, and communicate data findings related to absenteeism, overtime, retention, attendance, budgets, and other initiatives.
- Review systems and processes, recommend improvements, and assist with implementations, modifications, upgrades, and conversions.
- Train staff or arrange training for scheduling and self-service functions and prepare supporting reference materials.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced client service call centre is required.
- A two-year diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related program is required.
- Recent experience with human resources and payroll processes is preferred.
- Applicants must demonstrate knowledge of Indigenous-specific and systemic racism in social and health contexts and a commitment to Indigenous Cultural Safety and Humility.
