As a Workday Technical- Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to Workday Technology implementations, focusing on integration. You will design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions using Workday tools, analyze complex issues to provide innovative solutions, and mentor team members to maintain standards. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will develop and sustain meaningful client connections, navigate ambiguity with strategic thinking, and demonstrate proficiency in Workday Integration certification. Responsibilities - Contributing to Workday Technology implementations with a focus on integration - Designing, building, testing, and deploying integration solutions using Workday tools - Analyzing complex issues to develop innovative solutions - Mentoring and guiding team members to uphold standards - Developing and sustaining meaningful client connections - Navigating ambiguity with strategic thinking - Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Integration certification - Maintaining a thorough understanding of integration modules - Utilizing Workday Studio and advanced reporting for project success - Applying analytical thinking to optimize business transformation processes - Engaging in strategic technology planning to enhance client outcomes - Leveraging Workday Prism Analytics for data-driven insights - Collaborating on Workday HCM projects to improve client operations - Embracing change and fostering an inclusive work environment What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Integration modules - Designing and deploying integration solutions effectively - Utilizing Workday Studio and advanced reporting capabilities - Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Extend - Applying knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture concepts - Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
