Key Responsibilities
- Resolve Workday inquiries through ServiceNow within SLA targets.
- Support employees with Workday questions and transactions via email, teams and ServiceNow tickets.
- Process Workday data updates and corrections.
- Support employee lifecycle processes and maintain accurate data in Workday.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Technical teams to resolve cases.
- Investigate and troubleshoot Workday related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Systems support.
- Experience with Workday is an advantage.
- Strong problem - solving and case resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional HR teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop Workday knowledge.
