Position Purpose
Provide trusted, accessible, and actionable HR and service delivery data for informed decision-making across The Salvation Army in Canada.
Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, data governance, and data quality processes across Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR systems.
This is a remote, fixed-term position open to candidates across Canada.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop HR reporting governance, standards, and best practices.
- Manage the ServiceNow reporting request queue and deliver Workday reports, extracts, and analyses through approval and release processes.
- Lead enterprise-wide HR data audits and data quality initiatives.
- Maintain controls that support HR data integrity, accuracy, and system health.
- Design and enhance manager and HR dashboards, hubs, and reporting solutions.
- Create and maintain advanced, matrix, composite, worksheet, and trending Workday reports.
- Analyze workforce and service delivery data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR, technology, audit, and project teams to deliver reporting expertise, training, and data-driven solutions.
