Workday Integrations Manager, Consulting Services

Perform the role of mentor and coach.

Analyze team skills and provide for cross-training to maintain the team’s ability to staff projects appropriately.

Advise the management team on team members’ level of expertise and availability.

Establish direct reports’ goals and objectives during the bi-annual review process.

Direct the collection of performance feedback from customers and engagement/project managers on a quarterly basis or upon completion of a project for your entire team.

Direct the collection of all internal contributions for team members, assuring data is received by HR on a quarterly basis.

Drive the bi-annual performance review process for the Consulting team.

Skills Required:

8+ years of enterprise application integration and consulting experience, including 5+ years leading Workday integration implementations.

Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Workday integrations across multiple systems and platforms using API, middleware, event-driven, and file-based integration patterns.

Demonstrated experience integrating Workday with ERP, payroll, recruitment, identity management, learning, finance, and reporting platforms.

Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Workato, SnapLogic, or similar technologies is preferred.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, event-driven architecture, SFTP, data transformation, and enterprise integration patterns.

Proven experience leading distributed integration teams and managing complex integration delivery portfolios.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience estimating and presenting solutions to prospects during sales engagements.

Required characteristics: fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoys fast-paced work environments; must work well within and across teams to get things accomplished.

Workday Integration and Workday Studio certifications preferred; enterprise integration platform certifications desirable.
