Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Understand customer integration requirements and align them with Workday functionality.
• Build integrations with Workday Connectors, Studio, and Reports for legacy systems and external suppliers.
• Help customers and systems teams test integrations.
• Provide technical expertise during client design workshops.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on Workday solutions.
• Support clients from assessment and development through deployment.
• Collaborate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and maintain internal and external networks.
• Identify improvements, follow risk and compliance procedures, and handle data responsibly.
