Workday Integration Manager

Key Responsibilities

• As a Workday Integration Manager , you will lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of Workday integration solutions across complex client environments. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving strategic outcomes while managing end-to-end delivery, team performance, and client relationships.
• You will be responsible for shaping integration strategies, ensuring scalable and future-ready architectures, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver transformation programs across HR and Finance.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday integration solutions, ensuring alignment to client business and technology strategies.
• Define integration architecture and strategy, guiding complex system landscapes and enterprise-wide transformations.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and strategic roadmaps.
• Oversee design, build and testing activities, ensuring quality, risk management, and successful delivery outcomes.
• Manage and mentor teams, providing leadership, coaching, and performance oversight across consultants and analysts.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging new Workday capabilities and integration technologies.
• Own delivery governance, including financials, resourcing, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, client pitches, and solution shaping.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Work onsite 4 days per week.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% (if required)

Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering Workday Integration Solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in leading delivery teams and managing client relationships within consulting or enterprise programs.
• Strong expertise in Integration Technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, middleware, web services).
• Ability to define architecture and strategy, with strong problem-solving and commercial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including with senior leadership.
• Experience in driving delivery governance, financial management, and risk control (Manager expectation).
