- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Workday and HR technology platforms.
- The role supports a series of enterprise initiatives focused on enhancing HR systems and business processes.
- Ideal for a technically minded BSA comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable HRIS solutions.
- The candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, analyzing existing processes, and translating business needs into functional and technical solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
- Should be capable of leading workstreams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
- MUST HAVE hands on experience working with Workday in a business analysis or implementation capacity.
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and core Human Resources business processes.
- Experience leading requirements gathering, solution analysis, and end to end project delivery.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities.
Additional Notes
- Contract duration: July 27, 2026 – December 18, 2026.
- Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite).
- Rate: $70–80/hour.
