Work Preparation Engineer – Tooling Validation & Technical Documentation

Functions to develop:

• Manufacturing processes
• E BOM, M BOM - Assembly process planning , Routing Creation and Standard operating instruction creation Etc.
• Assembly tooling Validation.
• Workshop support

Any Graduation / Diploma in Engineering / Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME), or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.

• Understand assembly tooling requirements, tooling selection, validation, and usage during manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Review and validate engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and technical manufacturing documentation.
• Validate tooling registers and tooling data for manufacturing readiness.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and shop floor deliverables.
• Support tooling change management and configuration control activities.
