Responsibilities * Accurately enter and update data from various sources into our company database and computer systems. * Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. * Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents. * Maintain and update existing database information to ensure all records are current and correct. * Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. * Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information. * Comply with data integrity and security policies to ensure data is protected. Qualifications * Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role. * Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word. * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. * The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * A reliable internet connection and a suitable, quiet environment for remote work.
