The employer is seeking a WordPress Developer and SEO Specialist for a US-based team.
The role combines front-end and back-end WordPress development with SEO strategy and website performance optimization.
Schedule
- This is a permanent night shift position aligned with US working hours.
- The role requires availability for 100% night shifts.
WordPress Development
- Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performing WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and custom code using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Maintain website security, speed, performance, and regular updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site bugs, broken links, and technical issues.
SEO and Analytics
- Set up, manage, and audit Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Monitor traffic, user behavior, and conversions and create actionable performance reports.
- Execute on-page SEO and technical SEO, including meta tags, site structure, content optimization, schema markup, and indexation.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content and development strategies.
