Candour, a remote-first WordPress and WooCommerce agency, is looking for a WordPress Developer to own projects end-to-end from scoping to launch. The role involves building custom Gutenberg blocks, designing scalable templates, and collaborating with clients and teams.

Responsibilities
- Own projects end to end, from scoping client requirements through to a pixel perfect, fully documented launch
- Work across modern WordPress tools including Avada, Gutenberg, and proprietary product
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and clients
- Create responsive, accessible designs that are thoughtfully engineered
- Build custom Gutenberg blocks, design scalable templates, produce style guides
- Create client training content
- Contribute to continuous improvement as a team
Requirements
- Proven agency experience designing and building WordPress websites
- Strong hands on experience with Avada, Elementor, or similar page builders
- Confident in Figma or Adobe with a sharp eye for UX and responsive design
- Experience working with SMB and enterprise clients across multiple simultaneous projects
- A strong, varied portfolio that demonstrates range and quality
- Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and faster
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- A growth mindset — you stay current, you keep learning
- Bilingual Swedish is essential for this role
