Brandshark is looking for a WordPress Developer to develop websites based on designs, collaborate with the design team, and build new features. The role requires 2+ years of experience, proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress theming with ACF Pro and Elementor.

Responsibilities
- Develop WordPress websites based on provided designs with strong attention to detail and pixel perfect implementation
- Collaborate with the design team to assess feature and design feasibility during planning and design phases
- Build new features and functionalities on WordPress based on project requirements
- Develop, customize, and implement WordPress themes and plugins
- Build and maintain responsive front end interfaces and conduct website performance testing
- Analyze website performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot errors effectively
- Manage website back end development, including database integration and server side functionality
- Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and smooth operation of assigned WordPress websites
- Convert HTML pages into fully functional WordPress themes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders while working independently or collaboratively
- Maintain clean, reusable, and well documented code following development best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress theming, including experience with ACF Pro, Elementor, and related tools
- Good understanding of Core PHP and a willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies
- Experience working with Custom Post Types (CPTs) and custom WordPress development
- Familiarity with WordPress debugging tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
- Understanding of website performance optimization, responsiveness, and cross browser compatibility
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
